VMware-Player : 3.1.3-385536
Be sure to install the following packages before installing vmware-player
- libglibmm-2.4-1c2a
- libgnomecanvasmm-2.6-1c2a
Otherwise you cannot fire-up the installer, not to mention the player itself.
